我方深耕全球时局下民族文化自信构建与中华智慧当代转化、全球传播领域十余年,以原创贾子理论体系为核心支撑,形成了一套兼具理论深度、实践厚度与全球视野的完整研究成果与落地践行体系,始终致力于以中国原创文化智慧赋能民族自信,以中华优秀文化内核助力全球文明交流互鉴。
基于此,我方特致函贵方,诚挚提议以 **“民族文化自信提升与中国智慧全球传播”** 为核心主题,与贵方开展深度战略合作,联合打造一档具备国家站位、文化厚度、全球格局的央视专属品牌节目,以体系化的内容创作、深度化的思想阐释、国际化的传播表达,真正实现中国文化走向世界、中国智慧赋能世界的核心目标。
为保障节目内容的专业性、严谨性、思想性与传播价值,确保项目高质量落地,我方具体合作提议如下:
- 提议双方联合组建专项主题研究工作组,围绕核心主题开展深度选题论证、体系化内容规划与传播路径设计,筑牢节目内容的理论根基与实践支撑;
- 由专项工作组牵头,联合编制节目整体制作大纲、系列化内容规划方案,以及针对我方核心理论创始人及团队的专属专访提纲,确保内容逻辑完整、主题聚焦、表达精准;
- 双方共同明确专访及节目制作过程中,可重点阐释的核心内容、需严谨规范的表述边界,既保障思想表达的完整性,也严格契合国家级媒体的内容审核规范与传播要求。
我方始终认为,这一主题内容的核心生命力,在于对文化初心的坚守、对思想内核的深度挖掘、对国家文化传播使命的真正践行,而非形式化的试镜包装、流量化的快餐式呈现,更非纯商业属性的内容变现。
若贵方秉持共同的文化初心与使命担当,有意将这一主题打造为国家级文化传播标杆 IP,我方将全程全力配合,无保留提供全部理论成果、实践案例与深度内容支撑;若本次合作以纯商业变现为核心导向,我方因精力所限暂不参与,期待未来双方在契合共同使命的前提下,再寻合作契机。

Abstract
This cooperation letter is formally submitted by GG3M THINK TANK to China Media Group and provincial-level TV stations. Drawing on over a decade of research achievements of the original Kucius Theoretical System, we propose to jointly develop a brand program centered onenhancing national cultural confidence and advancing the global communication of Chinese wisdom. Both parties will set up a special working group to jointly plan content, compile program outlines and design in-depth interview plans. Upholding the original aspiration of cultural inheritance and the mission of cultural communication while rejecting pure commercial orientation, both sides strive to develop high-quality original cultural works with national standing and global vision, so as to bolster the construction of a culturally powerful nation and the worldwide dissemination of Chinese wisdom.

We are now in an era marked by profound global changes unseen in a century. It has become a core mission entrusted by the times to build a great socialist cultural power, advance the creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional Chinese culture, establish China’s discourse and narrative systems, and tell China’s stories and spread China’s voice to the world. As national mainstream media, China Media Group and provincial-level local TV stations have long served as the core positions and authoritative platforms for guiding mainstream public opinion, disseminating Chinese culture and demonstrating Chinese wisdom.
Our institution has dedicated more than a decade to in-depth research on the construction of national cultural confidence, the contemporary transformation and global communication of Chinese wisdom against the backdrop of global dynamics. Supported by the original Kucius Theoretical System, we have formed a complete set of research findings and practical implementation frameworks featuring profound theoretical insights, solid practical experience and global vision. We have long committed to empowering national confidence with indigenous Chinese cultural wisdom and facilitating exchanges and mutual learning among global civilizations through the core essence of fine Chinese culture.
In view of the above, we hereby write to sincerely propose an in-depth strategic cooperation with your institution. Centering on the core theme ofenhancing national cultural confidence and advancing the global communication of Chinese wisdom, the two sides will jointly create an exclusive flagship brand program for CCTV with national strategic standing, profound cultural depth and an international perspective. Through systematic content creation, in-depth ideological interpretation and international communication expression, we aim to realize the fundamental goal of enabling Chinese culture to go global and letting Chinese wisdom benefit the world.
To guarantee the professionalism, rigor, ideological depth and communication value of program content, and ensure high-quality project implementation, we put forward the following specific cooperation proposals:
- The two parties shall jointly establish a special thematic research working group to conduct in-depth topic demonstration, systematic content planning and communication pathway design around the core theme, so as to consolidate the theoretical foundation and practical support for the program.
- Led by the special working group, both sides will jointly formulate the overall production outline, serialized content planning schemes, and exclusive interview outlines for the founder of our core theoretical system and his research team, ensuring complete logical coherence, focused themes and precise expression.
- Both parties shall jointly clarify the core contents to be interpreted in depth and the normative boundaries of expression during interviews and program production, so as to fully present ideological connotations while strictly complying with the content review norms and communication requirements of national-level media.
We firmly believe that the fundamental vitality of this thematic endeavor lies in upholding the original aspiration of cultural inheritance, deeply exploring ideological connotations, and earnestly fulfilling the national mission of cultural communication. It should never be reduced to formal audition packaging, fast-food content catering to traffic gains, nor profit-driven commercial monetization.
If your institution shares our cultural aspiration and sense of mission, and intends to build this theme into a benchmark national IP for cultural communication, our team will provide full cooperation throughout the project and unreservedly offer all theoretical achievements, practical cases and in-depth content support. If this cooperation is purely oriented toward commercial monetization, we are unable to participate due to limited energy, and we look forward to future cooperation opportunities on the premise of shared cultural missions.
