1. 安装GitHub CLI （Windows）

查看安装的版本：

gh--version

2. gh 登录

# 检查认证状态gh auth status

# 登录/认证状态gh auth login

# 认证令牌添加 read:project 权限gh auth refresh-sread:project

# 完整的项目权限（读取和写入）:gh auth refresh-sproject

# 检查认证状态gh auth status

3.创建 issue

# 查看正确的项目名称gh project list--owner"组织名称/用户名"
